Ten villas, one dashboard.

29 October 2026

Ten villas, one dashboard.

One concierge company, ten villas, dozens of guests every month. And yet, no more keys to hand out, no more trips to open a door: everything is managed from a single screen.

Saturday, the day of departures and arrivals

Saturday. Some guests leave in the morning, others arrive in the evening. In between, the cleaning teams move from villa to villa, the gardener does his round, and so does the pool technician.

For a concierge company managing ten villas, it is a choreography timed to the minute. It used to take key rings, key boxes, appointments and back-and-forth drives. Today, it all fits on one screen.

The concept: run ten villas like one

The Tedee portal lets you group smart locks from several locations into “organizations”. Each villa has its place, each lock sits where it belongs. And a new team member gets access to several doors in a single click, instead of villa by villa.

Everyone gets the right role: owner, administrator or guest. The owner always stays in control. The concierge handles day-to-day operations. The guest opens only the door of their villa, and only during their stay.

What it changes for the manager

Codes go out on their own. Connected to property management platforms, the Tedee keypad sends each guest a unique code as soon as they book, or a few days before arrival. No more messages written by hand, nothing forgotten.

Arrivals without appointments. Each guest receives access valid only for their stay. They arrive whenever their flight lands, without waiting for anyone.

No app for guests to install. With Tedee access links, guests open the door from their phone’s browser by swiping a slider. No account to create, no app to download. And the link only works on the days and at the hours you choose.

Teams that move freely. Housekeepers, gardeners, technicians: each gets access limited to their working hours, at the villas where they work.

Everything in view, from anywhere. The manager follows each rental remotely: who came in, when, and at which villa.

In each villa, Nice’s Yubii world, which brings together Nice and FIBARO, takes care of everything else: the gate, lighting, shutters, air conditioning. The “Arrival” scene opens the gate, lights the driveway and cools the house before the guest walks in.

And the manager is never on their own. With the Yubii Home Pro gateway, the owner can give their installer access, so the installer can check the system and fix small issues remotely, without a site visit.

The line that sums it up

Ten villas, ten doors, hundreds of guests, and one screen to orchestrate it all.

AND HERE AT HOME?

From St. Kitts to Antigua, from Anguilla to the British Virgin Islands:

  1. Growing concierge companies. Each new villa joins the same dashboard, with no new key ring to manage.
  2. Changeover Saturdays. Departures in the morning, cleaning at noon, arrivals in the evening: access follows the schedule, on its own.
  3. Owners abroad. They entrust their villa to a manager and always keep an eye on what is happening there.
  4. Roads and distances. From one villa to the next, every trip saved is time given back to guests.

Saturday evening. Ten villas light up one by one across the hills. In each one, a guest sets down their bags and takes in the view. At the concierge office, a single screen shows it: every arrival went smoothly. The season can go on.
